This is an action figure review of the classic 1987 Rat King from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He’s a great, maniacal looking guy dressed sort of like a crazy mummy. His weapons are bright green and I am missing the tiny white rat that he came with. From Playmates toys.
